Refurbishment of existing offices originally built in the 1970’s. Kohn Pedersen Fox and Thornton Reynolds were appointed for the Ground, Third and Fourth floor refurbishment for plant reliability. Thornton Reynolds building services systems design included low energy lighting, 4-pipe fan coil, meeting minimum fresh air requirements. The project was delivered on a fast nine-week target program over two floors. A new reception was also provided at Ground floor with a shop for employees.
Benefit: The project brought a more efficient and more reliable 21st century lighting heating and cooling system to the development.
