A 72 level, 232m tall residential tower designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox. Thornton Reynolds provided Energy, Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health input for the £200m+ development. Heating was provided from either site CHP and boilers or from the local Barkantine district heating scheme. Cooling was provided from either cooling towers or dock water cooling. After reviewing the building again for a hotel use, the owner of the site (Investin Quay House) sold the site.
