Queensway Group, who operate Point.a hotels, purchased the building in 2026, located at No. 306 High Holborn, London, London WC1V 7JZ. It comprises an office and retail building totalling 15,226ft² (1,416m²) Net Internal Area, arranged over basement, ground and 9 upper floors. The design team were engaged, led by The Manser Practice, to establish feasibility for how the building could be converted, and designed through the following RIBA stages, with planning achieved in Q2 2026. The building is currently part vacant, with various tenants, with strip out works & surveys being undertaken to assist in the development of the design. TR designed the Mechanical, Electrical and Public Health (MEP) to including Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heat pumps to each room/key, leak detection, central ventilation, low voltage distribution and life safety systems, supported by an engineered generator back-up power.
