The Institution of Structural Engineers commissioned this new headquarters for their operations. Employing Hugh Broughton Architects, with Thornton Reynolds providing building services engineering design input. These systems included mechanically ventilated and cooled Auditorium, a new entrance at Ground and administration offices on the upper floors.
