The plant serves communal heating/cooling network to the adjacent street for nightclub, residential, and education use. We are working with Matt White Architecture; this is a landmark development. The project implemented new technology and improved efficiency and safety of heating and cooling.
Benefit: Using new technology to deliver a renovation. Updated existing plant to a higher level of efficiency and safety.
