We worked with British Arab Commercial Bank [BACB] to develop the design to decarbonise their existing 36,000 ft² headquarters building next to the Mansion House in the City to remove boilers and refresh their office spaces. AIS were appointed by JAC Project Managers to carry out the refurbishment with the bank still in partial occupation, with a very well-coordinated programme. Air source VRF heat pumps were provided throughout, with a new variable fresh air handling unit with motorised volume control dampers responding to CO2 sensors.
