Hilton have taken an operator lease for this luxury hotel in one tower with the other to be luxury apartments, both above podium facilities (car park, retail, conference, etc.). Construction was managed by Mace. Thornton Reynolds were appointed to re-design the Stage D+ for the $80m development, which includes chilled water and LTHW fan coils to guest rooms, DX VRV to apartments and all air systems to the leisure areas within the podium.
