This 200-bedroom hotel was designed as part of the Airport masterplan. Thornton Reynolds were appointed for Building Services Design for this prestigious development by Trasacco Estate Development in Accra. Featuring Direct Expansion (DX) cooling systems, with fan coil units to each room, the systems provide maximum efficiency for part occupancy. We provided full building services and sustainability design, completing tender documents at the end of 2010, with tender awarded early 2011.
