A mixed-use building, designed by Matt Architecture and SoDA, providing urban regeneration to the heart of Soho. This development is a combination of new build and refurbishment. It houses a theatre, office space, new restaurants, nightclubs, and ground floor retail. Thornton Reynolds were appointed for Building Services engineering to deliver this new landmark.
