The Thornton Reynolds appointment included Building Services Engineering, Sustainability and Fire Consultancy via our sub-consultant The Fire Surgery. We sat in the client’s core team for the phased delivery of the site. Phase 1 is complete with 150 dwellings. Phase 2 was completed in 2018. The project is still ongoing. The project includes 759 new mixed tenure homes, a new replacement bus depot, retail and employment, new pedestrian/ cycle bridge, canalside walk, waterspace strategy.

Benefit: We provided sustainability consultancy and advice along with renewed building services and fire safety to this ongoing project which should be completed in its entirety by 2025.
