The £5m refurbishment updated an existing building from its 1980s specification. Collectively we were able to lift its EPC rating of ‘E’ to a ‘B’ and achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating. Thornton Reynolds was appointed to provide Building Services Design through planning, tender and construction. Not On The High Street went on to lease the property.

The Low Carbon Workplace Partnership includes Stanhope, The Carbon Trust and Threadneedle investors.
