LSX – A bold new destination is planned for Leicester Square. Designed to host a world-class visitor attraction, alongside restaurants, bars and rooftop terraces with panoramic views. Soho Estates proposals build on Leicester Square’s long association with cinema, culture and entertainment, with a major new visitor attraction set across three double-height floors, alongside places to eat and drink, and a rooftop restaurant with views over the Square.
The design takes cues from the West End’s theatre heritage, with a sculptural façade inspired by a stage curtain.
A rotating LED screen facing onto Leicester Square will display a mix of community, art and cultural programming, as well as commercial content. Offering low & zero carbon MEP design solutions, including large central heat pumps, designed by Thornton Reynolds
