31,000m2 mixed use development of the former Foyles bookshop. Mixed retail at Ground Floor with 8 multi-tenant office floors. Four basement levels of retail, office, media, and plant.
The plant serves communal heating/cooling network to the adjacent street for nightclub, residential, and education use. We are working with Matt White Architecture; this is a landmark development. The project implemented new technology and improved efficiency and safety of heating and cooling.
Benefit: Using new technology to deliver a renovation. Updated existing plant to a higher level of efficiency and safety.
